We will refund or replace any item returned to us within 14 days of receipt as long as it is unused and in its original condition and in original packaging. Postage is your responsibility and is non-refundable. Please include your name, address, daytime phone number, your reason for return and what you want us to do. We reserve the right not to refund or exchange any item not in the condition as described above. DVD's cannot be refunded or exchanged if they have been opened unless they are faulty. Refunds Please allow 10 working days for refunds to show in your account. It's not us, it's the banks who are slow. Guarantee All items from Fishbrain are covered by a 14-day guarantee against manufacturing defects. However, this does not cover impact damage to anything, especially decks and anything to do with misuse of the product. Bearings don't like getting wet no matter what ABEC rating they are and a £60.00 deck will go just as soggy as a £20.00 deck if you skate in the rain. Legitimate warranty claims will be dealt with sympathetically and you will be offered either an alternative replacement or a complete refund (excluding all delivery charges). Deliveries Fishbrain currently uses Initial City Link couriers for most UK mainland deliveries. Every attempt is made to ship your order ASAP. However, please allow up to 5 working days before delivery on most items unless otherwise stated in the product description. (Larger items such as ramps and rails may require up to 14 days delivery) Deliveries are not made on weekends or bank holidays. Small items will be sent by Royal Mail 1st class post and will cost just the £1.00 to be delivered to your door. Please note that all postage and packing costs are non-refundable. Signing for deliveries All courier delivered packages require a signature. If you are not normally at home on a weekday then please provide us with an alternative address such as your place of work. Delivery charges All orders of £80.00 and over are shipped free of charge. DVD's, bearings, caps, beanies, skate wax, sunglasses, watches, grip tape and bolts are all shipped for only £1.00!!. All other items and anything else not included in the £1.00 category that comes to a total less than £80.00 will cost £6.50 to ship. Can't say fairer than that can we? These charges apply to the UK mainland only. Please contact us for a shipping quotation if you require delivery anywhere outside the UK mainland.
